LMAOOOOOO bless her soul XD Spencer is probably fond of her, likes her dedication to the library and to the job. He's not super outwardly expressive about that sort of thing right away, but he'd show it in little things. Maybe he'll bring her favorite pastry or something when he comes back from a coffee shop break and just leaves it in the break room for her to find on her own.
